NEGATIVE SENTENCES

Muy bien, ahora si vamos a utilizar los auxiliares mencionados anterior mente, DO – DOES. Pero por ser oraciones negativas será DO NOT, o DOES NOT.

Very good, now we are going to use the auxiliar that we mentioned before, DO – DOES. But because they are negative sentences we’ll use DO NOT or DOES NOT.

Esto es demasiado fácil. Lo primero que tenemos que tener en cuenta es que sujetos van con DO y cuáles van con DOES. Luego ponemos la forma negativa de los auxiliares entre el sujeto y el verbo, pero le quitamos la S – ES – IES que le hubiéramos puesto al verbo en las oraciones afirmativas.

This is really easy. The first thing we have to take into account is which subjects use DO and which DOES. Then we put the negative form of the auxiliary between the subject and the verb, but we remove the S – ES – IES that we had put the verb in the affirmative sentences.

EXAMPLE:

Si en las oraciones afirmativas decíamos:

If we said in the affirmative sentences:

I play Xbox every day.                  She kisses her boyfriend             He eats a burger

Yo juego Xbox todos los días.    Ella besa su novio.                          El come una hamburguesa

En las negativas seria:

In negative Would be:

I do not play Xbox every day.     She does not kiss her boyfriend   He does not eat a burger

Yo no juego Xbox todos los días.    Ella no besa su novio.             El no come una hamburguesa

Y listo pelaos. Fácil. Solo tengan en cuenta que el auxilar en negativo le quita la conjugación a los verbos.

And it’s done fellas. Easy. Just have into account that the auxiliar in negative takes off the conjugation to the verbs.
